Have been 2 weeks on the road that the Internet is not working and I can't receive calls, I did everything about the Access Point Names and still NO working. If this still happens I'll change company

What exactly do you mean by "on the road"?

Are you roaming abroad? 

Is so then where?

When was everything working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

What exactly do you mean by "no connection"?

No signal bars at all? 

Or you do have a network connection but some services aren't working?

Can you make calls and send/receive texts? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Do you have an active membership plan with a non-zero mobile data allowance balance? 

What happens at the caller's end when they try to call you? 

Any error messages?
