Are calls and texts working OK?

Did you configure your APN settings?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:

Oops, I only noticed now that you're referring to a 4G router and not a phone. 

In that case you need to use the router's web based admin interface to configure the APN settings.
