Bought a plan 12.99 5G but still getting LTE network. Also add APN config but no luck. Can someone please help here or customer care is the only option?

As the Apple link @dalyer gave you above suggests, go into Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > Select "5G On" and see if that works.

Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.
Delete any existing APNs, text "APN" to 50048, and follow the instructions here:
If your SIM is old then maybe you need to get a replacement in order to get 5G?
If you still don't get 5G then make sure that the iPhone settings aren't restricting you to 4G/LTE.
