No 5G on 48?

48 only has 3G 2G

No, they also support 4G since 2019.

They don't support 5G.

 

 

If you're only getting 2G/3G then make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.

 

 

In some cases a phone call also be configured locally only to use 3G/2G. For example...

 

 

How are you determining that you're not getting 4G on your phone?

No, they also have 4G by default - double-check your APN settings that you are not usimg the tesco mobile one by default. You may need to add the 48 one manually.

Some people have also reported 5G access too

There's certainly no mention of 5G support in the Terms and Conditions:
