You need to buy a membership plan before you can make calls, send texts and using mobile data.
The New to 48 FAQs are probably worth reading to ensure that you know what to do:
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

What about the advertised 1GB free data. Or was that only usable before moving number?
Thanks

Sorry - yes - the 1GB of free data should work without an active membership plan.
If it's not then double check your APN settings:
If you're on Android then you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:
If your settings are configured correctly but you still can't get mobile data working then make sure that your phone isn't configured for 5G only as the free 1GB only works on 4G/LTE right now.
Even without a membership plan you should be able to receive calls and texts.
But to be able to make calls and send texts you need an active membership plan.

All settings are configured correctly after double checking and still no data.
I will contact customer support however live chat seems to be disabled?
Thanks

If the APN settings are definitely correct and mobile data and roaming are enabled and you're not getting a mobile data connection then that's very strange.
Can you receive texts and calls?
The chat option hasn't worked for me and others for a long time for some reason.
I've reported it to 48 support to no avail.
You'll have to email or call them instead.
