Haven't been able to make calls or use data last few days

Hi. I haven’t been able to make a call for the last few days and also I don’t have internet. My account says I am paid up until the 14/8. Does anyone have a contact no I can call?

When was it working ok for you last? 

Did anything change in the meantime? 

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Do you know anybody else locally on 48?

Are they also affected? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If you do have a connection to the 48 network then what happens when you try to make a call or send a text? 

Any error messages? 

Can you receive calls/texts?

Was mobile data ever working ok for you? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?
