On the 48 Web page, I want to contact 48, as I have 40eur0 credit, but I have no data to access.
48 says press the message button to talk to someone, unless it's invisible... I cant see it

The chat button has rarely ever worked for me.

Cash credit on your account doesn't give you any mobile data.
You need to buy a membership plan.
You can pay for it from your cash credit balance if you want.
The €12.99 membership plan provides unlimited Irish mobile data.
If mobile data still doesn't work when you buy a membership plan then make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.

As I previously said ... the chat option has always been hit and miss (mostly miss) for me.
