What exactly do you mean by the "network keeps dropping out"?
You lose the connection/signal bars altogether or something else?
And you did not have this problem with the same SIM in a previous phone?
What make and model was the old phone?
Do calls/texts work OK?
Is your APN configured correctly?
Probably no harm in getting a replacement SIM in case a more up to date one helps?
