Hello everyone, I have been using this operator's services for three days now and have already encountered a number of problems, namely: 1. The connection drops and I have to restart my phone. 2. My internet speed was halved after 29 gigabytes.
I paid for two months at once and I am disappointed.
Is this a normal situation?
I previously used Air and had no problems even after using 300 gigabytes of internet.

Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly:
If you're on Android then you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
Is your phone 4G or 5G?
Where are you located?
Do you know anyone else on 48 in that area to check what their experience is like?
