Are calls and texts working ok?
Do you have an active membership plan with a non-zero mobile data allowance balance?
What happens when you try to use any connected apps on mobile data and they fail to connect?
Any error messages?
Did anything change on the phone since mobile data was last working ok?
E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, etc.?
Try deleting your APN and configuring it afresh.
