How do I leave 48 Mobile, I have been having problems lately with roaming, doesn't connect automatically like it used to, last time it was 4 days before I got "roaming", tried to contact 48 via the Bot, but kept getting message with their opening times even though they were "open". Sometimes when I am out and about I can't check stuff as it tells me I have no Wifi, I thought that's what I paid for. I have flagged this issue, been issued with a new SIM as they thought the old one was corrupt, nothing works and it is frustrating not being able to connect, Thank you

If you have decided to leave 48 then see here:
If you have no mobile data (you said WiFi but I presume that you actually mean mobile data) then are you sure that your APN settings are configured correctly?
What exactly do you mean by "nothing works"?
You said that roaming was working so what exactly is/isn't working now?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
When was everything working ok last?
If you need to contact 48 support then see the links in my signature below.
In my experience email is a more reliable way to contact them than the chat.

Hi what I mean is that on recent trips abroad I would connect to 48 no issues.... since February I have been having issues, I don't connect for several hours, it just shows No connection. The last time it took 4 days to get roaming data, and that was turning the phone on an off several times to restart the phone. I am set up for roaming as I mentioned I have never had issues previously. I couldn't make calls out, as I had an issue where my credit card was lost and needed to borrow a phone to contact and report it stolen. I tried contacting 48 several times for help but the Bot kept issuing the opening times etc., and I never got anywhere. It is now working here at home in Ireland, but when I landed again it took almost 90 minutes to regain my data connection.

You didn't address the questions that I asked in an attempt to better clarify and understand your issues.
If you don't provide additional information then it's difficult for anyone on the Community Forum to offer useful feedback.
If you need to contact 48 support again then see the links in my signature below.
As I said before, email has usually worked better for me than the chat option.

As ever, the usual general advice applies in relation to 48 roaming...
Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.
(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)
If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:
It may be worthwhile reviewing these threads in case any of the suggestions help to avoid roaming problems:
If mobile data doesn't work while roaming abroad in countries where it's supported then check that your APN settings are configured correctly:
In some countries an active membership plan and cash credit to pay for mobile data usage are required.
If you have returned to Ireland from roaming abroad and are having problems using the 48 network/calls/texts/mobile data then see this key post, in particular the section titled "Returned Home?":
If you still have problems then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
