Just to clarify - how exactly did you contact them?
You mention "text" but they don't have any text support service?
Perhaps you mean that you filled in the form here?

Sorry your post seems garbled and I don't know what you mean.
Maybe you can repost/clarify?

I really don't know.
You need to talk to support.
I suppose you could order a new (not a replacement) SIM so that you have it just in case they tell you you need to switch SIMs.
Don't register/enable it until they tell you what to do because if you do need one then they will need to enable it as a replacement rather than a new SIM.
Hope this helps.

Did it ever work for you?
Are your internet/APN settings correct?

If it was working before then did anything change on your phone - e.g. software update, changes to settings etc.?
Do calls/texts work OK?
Have you tried powering off and on again and manually searching for and connecting to 48?
You posted twice before about the same issue so I don't know if you are still having the same problem since then or if this is a new problem?

You seem to be using a Samsung Galaxy phone?
If so then, for some reason, these have a habit of spontaneously forgetting settings such as internet/APN settings which then need to be reconfigured.
Maybe that's the problem here?
Hope this helps.
