Hi my phone is only working when there is internet. Had been working perfectly prior to this.

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Calls? Texts? Mobile data?

What exactly is working when you have internet? 

And what exactly do you mean by "internet"?

Mobile data? WiFi?

What is working and what isn't?
