IKEv2 VPN does not work in some locations

Phone hotspot is used to share data connection with a laptop. Laptop IKEv2 VPN does work fine when located in Co.Mayo. However same IKEv2 VPN connection does not work when I'm located in Co.Clare. Any ideas why?

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to see if they can assist at all with this.

Do the VPN logs shed any light on what's happening/going wrong?

Windows event log shows the following error:

CoId={******}: The user SYSTEM dialed a connection named *** which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 809.

Also VPN settings shows this message:

Your screenshot doesn't work and just appears as a warning triangle for some reason. 

As I said before, you'll probably need to contact 48 support to see if they can assist at all. 

I've never seen that issue posted on the Community Forum before.
