Phone hotspot is used to share data connection with a laptop. Laptop IKEv2 VPN does work fine when located in Co.Mayo. However same IKEv2 VPN connection does not work when I'm located in Co.Clare. Any ideas why?
Windows event log shows the following error:CoId={******}: The user SYSTEM dialed a connection named *** which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 809.Also VPN settings shows this message:
