What exactly does "I'm not getting range" mean?

If you have a question or issue that you need help with from the Community Forum then you need to explain/describe it clearly. 

E.g. what are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/doesn't work as expected, any error messages, etc.?
