What happens?

Any error messages? 

Can you log in and purchase a membership plan using the web interface? 

If not then what happens there?

When were you last able to login and buy a membership plan successfully?

After I log, it’s like I just got my SIM card when I already registered

What exactly do you mean? 

Please describe in more detail what exactly happens. 

Any error messages or what is displayed on screen?

When was it working ok for you last?

Is this on the app?

What about if you use the web interface instead?

Thank you for your reply. I have resolved the issue. The reason was that I had two accounts, one of which was linked to the SIM card I am currently using. However, I logged into the wrong account, so I was unable to link my SIM card information, which prevented me from topping up my balance. Once I realised this, I used the account that was linked to my SIM card and was able to top up my mobile phone balance.
