First off you shouldn't really post personal details such as your name and phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use those details.

When was everything working ok last?
What changed in the meantime?
What exactly do you mean by "can not find 48 network"?
Do you mean no connection to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars?
If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens? Any error messages?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
What make and model of phone is it?
If you do have a connection to the 48 network then is anything working?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
For mobile data to work your APN settings must be configured correctly.
