If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain/describe your issue clearly.
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and mobile data usage?
Are calls and texts working ok?
When was mobile data working ok for you last?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?

You didn't address the questions that I asked here in an attempt to better understand your issue:
What exactly do you mean by "the phone said that I'm in offline"?
What exactly are the symptoms of the issue?
What are the verbatim error messages that you're getting?
As I asked before when was everything working ok last?
Are you sure that your phone is unlocked for use on any network?
