What does "no work plan" mean?
What exactly do you mean by "it won't connect"?
When was everything working ok last?
What exactly is/isn't working now?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?
Any error messages?
Does your My48 account dashboard list a currently active membership plan?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment/purchase?
Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?
