I just buy new packge my money cut already but my interner not working

When was mobile data working ok for you last? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Are calls and texts working ok for you?

Do you have an active membership plan with a non-zero mobile data allowance balance listed on your My48 account dashboard?

What exactly does this mean?
