Your post is a bit unclear.
Please explain in more detail and more clearly exactly what you want to do.
If you just want to switch WiFi on/off on your phone then you can do it via your phone settings control panel/app.
However I don't really understand what being at home or not has got to do with this?
This doesn't seem to have anything to do with 48/the mobile network but if you still need to contact 48 support about anything then see the links in my signature below.
