Hotspot on Samsung A14 worked before but not now

I've availed of my hotspot on my Samsung A14 before. For some reason it's not working now. Any answers out there?. Ray

What precise problem are you facing when trying to configure/enable the hotspot on your phone? 

At what point do things not work or generate error messages etc.?

I investigated everything around hotspot, data etc. I discovered that I was on an access point name other than 48. I changed that and seem to be OK now. Many thanks for your help
