Can’t get back onto network after traveling abroad

Found the solution on the website. But it takes too many steps to get cover back. 48 needs to sort this or lose customers. Same going abroad. I can never get coverage abroad within minutes of arriving despite following instructions and having all the right settings! It takes too much working around and constant trial and error.

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems when trying to use roaming services for some reason and nobody from 48 has ever explained why or provided a guaranteed fix.

As such, the usual generic advice for roaming issues applies...

If your SIM predates January 2023 then maybe get a replacement in case it helps with roaming issues:
