If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain/describe your problem clearly.
What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages etc.?
Was mobile data ever working for you?
If so then when did it stop working?
Are calls and texts working OK?
Did you ever configure your APN settings for mobile data to work:
if you are on Android then you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to configure your settings:
