Timing-out error for code sent to email

When security code sent to email to access 48 account, it's only allowing 5seconds to reset... not enough time!

What code are you talking about? 

Do you mean the password reset code?

I've never had that problem with it. 

What exactly happens? 

  1. You request a password reset
  2. 48 send a code to your email address
  3. You open the email and get the code 
  4. Then what? You enter the code but it says that it's invalid/expired? What is the exact error message? How long are you taking between steps 1 and 4?

You might need to contact 48 support about this if the problem is persistent.
