Does the €7.99 plan include UK data roaming?

Hi I was recently I'm the UK and my data roaming wouldn't work. This isn't the 1st time I was away and it wouldn't work. I am checking these is roaming on My plan€7.99 a month. As my daughters phone was working no problem and she is on the 12.99 a month plan

All 48 plans include an EU/UK roaming data allowance:

Unfortunately, for reasons never properly explained (or fixed!), some users continue to have problems getting some or all roaming services working.
