What do you mean by "no credit received"?

The initial payment of €25.98 comprises €12.99 for the one-time activation fee and €12.99 for the first month's membership plan. 

Did you receive this first month's plan? 

After that you should automatically receive a free membership plan for the second month or maybe €12.99 cash credit on your account to buy the second month's plan. 

Did you receive either of these?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances, cash credit balance and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership?
