Your post is a bit confusing.
Is her My48 account saying that she's used 12GB of her 100GB allowance or that she has no data left?
Is it's the latter then where exactly is it saying that she has no data left and what is the verbatim message?
Are her APN settings still configured correctly?
Are calls and texts working ok?
If auto-renewal is switched off then can't she just switch it back on again via her My48 account?
