Dod your new membership start on 1st Feb?
What does your My 48 account page say abour your current membership and expiry date?
If it says that it ends on the 1st March and you did not get your expected allowances then you need to contact 48 support.
Sometimes this seems to happen and I have no idea why as it seems very odd.
