I have eventually got a network , but I have no 3G , I web chatted to 48 for an hour 2 days ago they said I would get an email from the technical dept but nothing

What is your problem exactly?
Are you roaming abroad and having problems?
Or are you in Ireland with no data?
If it's the latter then did you configure your internet settings to enable data?
