Cannot be heard on call. Can be heard on what’s app , when I receive a call the call drops in 10 seconds

I have eventually got a network , but I have no 3G , I web chatted to 48 for an hour 2 days ago they said I would get an email from the technical dept but nothing

I have yet again left the country for work , and for the 3 rd time since joining 48 I have no service in greece
