Phone shows connected but data is not working. Is there an outage?

Don’t have connection

What exactly do you mean by "don't have connection"?

No connection to the 48 network at all?

If so, what networks can you see when you do a manual search?

Or no calls/texts/data?

Does anything work - calls, texts, data?

When did things work ok last?

Do you have an active membership?

Did you configure your APN settings correctly?
