What exactly do you mean by "credit" here?
Membership, cash credit, add-ons?
Do you have an active membership?
If not then you need to purchase one.
Does anything work? Calls, texts, data, connection to the 48 network?
When did things last work ok?
What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?
