help for the signal/service interrupt

hello hi to everyone~ i am new to the 48, first month.

 

i am suffering service interrupt from the day i join 48, not every day but almost every week.

the phone still shown the full bar of signals even with the internet connection icon but i just couln't make any phone calls, to solve this what i did is get another phone to my 48 number, when its rings everthing went back to normal. in the worst case, i couln't even get through, then i had to switch the phone on/off, after few minutes everything was fine.

 

i am sure there is nothing wong with my phone.

 

would you please investigate this? otherwise you leave me have no choice to move to another network!

Are you sure that it's not a problem with your phone?

Can you test your 48 SIM in another unlocked phone for a bit to see how that goes?

Otherwise all I can think of is a dodgy SIM that might need replacement:

ok thanks for the reply! I will try put my 48sim into another phone see how is goes. I will come back let you know how was I getting on!
