I joined my 48 recently transferred my number topped up my first month for €12.99 with an extra activation fee of €12.99 and it said my second month would be free, some people in the my48 said it would go into my account in credit but it has not. Idk what to do,

Are you sure that you qualify for the second month free offer?
See item number 61 here in the terms and conditions:
In particular:
- ii) Join 48 as a new customer by activating and buying a €12.99 plan before 16th August 2024.
If you do qualify and you don't automatically receive the free second month's plan or cash credit in lieu then you'll probably have to contact 48 support to ask them about this.
