I followed the update instructions, but the data is not working on my phone. It is a relatively new android. I have only been with 18 months, so not sure if I have to update. But I did anyway as my data stopped working. Even now with the updated information, it's still not working. Any help much appreciated.

If you followed the instructions here exactly as outlined and it's not working then you'll have to contact 48 support.
