I can't use my Internet it says I have no GB left I don't get it as I updated my subscription

You need an active membership plan and a non-zero data balance on order to use mobile data and connected apps, including WhatsApp, when not on WiFi.
Do you have both?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership and data balance status?
You also need your APN settings configured correctly.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions if necessary:
If you've used up your membership plan data allowance before the membership month is up then you need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data for the rest of the membership month.
If that doesn't help then please explain your problem more clearly.
