What happens?

Any error messages?

How exactly are you trying to make the purchase?

Does it make any difference if you switch from the app to the website or vice versa?

Were you ever able to make a purchase with the card that you're using?

What exactly does this mean?

If you're having an issue and need assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue or question clearly. 

What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming plans?
