No access to Internet

Using 48 SIM since one month but I am unable to access the Internet , even after having data package .
Help me resolve this , I am faccing lot of trouble

Are outgoing and incoming calls and texts working ok? 

Did mobile data ever work for you? 

Did you configure your APN settings correctly for mobile data to work?
