There is a problem, I cannot open payment details in my account and updated it

Have you tried both the app and the website?
If you can't get to it using either then you'll need to contact 48 support about this.

I have the same problem and I tried the support but I have to wait for seven working days before they will get back to me. That is my credit card and you have no right to stop me setting up my way of paying. I have also tried the app and I still cannot access my way of payment. In the last fifteen days they have taken €38.97 from me for one account.
