Calls and texts but no mobile data after activating SIM

I just activated my plan a few days ago of unlimited data and limited minutes & texts but I still have no data can someone please shed some light. I'm using a Samsung phone

Did you configure your APN settings in order for mobile data to work? 

On Android you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
