i got 10 credit from my card but it won’t show here that i have the credit and it’s taken out of my bank account t

I presume you mean €10 cash credit as opposed to membership or add-ons?
Cash credit should appear on your My48 account Dashboard:
And can be used to buy membership, add-ons etc and pay for calls/texts/MMS not covered by membership/add-on allowances.
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
If you did buy cash credit of €10, it is not showing on your account, and it has been taken from your card/bank account then you'll need to contact 48 support about this.
