Activation instructions for my purchased plan

I purchased a plan for 25 euros, which includes the first month and the second month for free. However, I don't know how to activate it.

What do you mean?

There are no activation instructions for a membership plan.

If you have activated your SIM:

and bought a membership plan: 

then you shouldn't have to do anything else other than maybe configuring your APN settings for mobile data access. 

To do that text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:

At that stage, calls, texts and mobile data should all be working. 

What services are not working for you and what happens when you try to use them?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?
