When was everything working ok last or are you a new 48 subscriber?
If the latter then...
Did you successfully activate the SIM?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Are there any error messages on your phone or when you log into your My48 account?
Is anything working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
Did you buy a membership plan on order to use outgoing services other than the free Introductory 1GB of 4G mobile data?
