You need to be on the €12.99 plan and have a 5G capable phone.
Do both of these apply?
If so and you're not getting a 5G connection try deleting any configured APNs and configuring things from scratch.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do that:
If it still doesn't work then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
