4G DOWN

Hi is anyone else's 4g down ive no internet signal, have tried all the usual hacks turn it off and put it on airplane mode but no luck.

5G mobile data is working fine for me right now in Dublin 7.

Where are you located? 

Do you know anyone else in the vicinity on 48 to see if they're also having issues?

When was it working ok for you last?

Are calls and texts still working ok? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard in order to be able to use outgoing services?

Thanks for that can receive calls but not messages. My APN seems ok. Have been trying to get through to an actual human on chat since 9am but keep getting the useless bot

Can you make calls and send messages? 

When were you last able to receive messages? 

Anything useful here in relation to the messages issue?

You didn't answer some of the other questions that I asked in an attempt to better understand your issue.

it was all grand last night then when i woke this morning nothing. I have emailed them there now. Thanks for your help.
