can recieve calls but not make any - just get beeping sound

hisince this evening, 18/12/20, i can recieve calls when roaming, but cant make them....just get beeping souund anyone else? any solutions?

yeah memebership by monthly DD, data and full coverage when roaming...i can send and recieve texts, data is working fine, i can recieve calls.....but just cant make calls. roaming in northern ireland what you think?
