Internet not working

I bought my membership for my second month with 48, but my internet doesn't seem to be working, even though it says 4G is on. Also messaging doesn't work. Any reasons for this?

Roaming SIM

I recently got my new SIM and paid for membership, but at the signal bar it has 'R' for roaming. Also, when I try to call someone it says 'The SIM card you are about to use is roaming. Do you want to continue?' Any reason why this is happening?

Configuration PIN(Samsung Galaxy S6)

I got a text to configure my phone. When I tried to install it asks for a PIN. The previous text I received told me to enter 0000, but it didn't work. Then I went on the Tweakker app and they sent me another text with the PIN 1234, which didn't work ...

Can you get 20 euro top up to pay for 15 euro membership?

I got my SIM membership for 15 euro(The Mitch). I went to my local shop that sells 48 top-up, but they don't seem to sell exactly 15euro. Would it be possible to top-up by 20 euro and pay my 15euro membership with that, while having 5 euro left? Also...
