We hope everyone is keeping safe and well in this unprecedented time. As we all know and are experiencing Covid-19 is now strongly impacting our personal lives, work lives and our communities.


In the interest of ensuring the health and safety of our Care Crew we want to update you that our contact channels will have limited resources at times so you may potentially face some wait times.


We want to remind you that Self-service options are still available 24/7such as My48 App & Web and SMS short Codes.


The Community is also available and has helpful articles and FAQ’s if you happen to need help. It can also help dampen your “cabin fever” as you can collaborate and interact with other 48’ers to offer and look for support.
